The Bug:
When hovering crosshairs over a block, a small portion of the block's outline is visible where the block should be hiding it.
Reproduce:
Make sure 'Outline Selection' is on in video settings.
Place a block, (can be surrounded by other blocks), and hover over it with the crosshairs.

I think that’s MCPE-31091. (That bug also affects the hitbox outline when outline selection is turned on.)
