General Description: A Splash Potion that is supposed to last 6:00 Mins. gives an Effect of Approx. 3:53 Mins. This was not like this before the hotfix.
Steps to Reproduce:
Throw a Splash Potion of lasting time of 6:00 (Ex. Nightvision Splash Potion (6:00)
The Effect should have lasted 6:00 Mins but it applies only Approx. 3:53 Mins. (You can check this in the effects screen)
