I wanted to download Minecraft for me and my brother, so we both bought it. When we did we tried joining eachother, but it kept saying the server was outdated. This happens in public servers too. I tried joining him on my dashboard and he also tried inviting me but it just didn't work. After that, he refunded it since we were getting frustrated and we were using another person's credit card to buy it, but they didn't get an email. (before we refunded I deleted the credit card off of his account so it wouldn't purchase anything on accident so maybe that's why) I have tried searching up this issue, but I haven't seen anyone have the same error screen as me. If you could tell me why any of these issues were happening, please email me back.
Thank you,
Mariam.
