[MCPE-126340] Walking through blocks

in my survival world, sometimes i can jump through the roof. And while standing in the inside an other block at head level, I start to drawn. This was also in version v1.16.220 bedrock on ipadOS 14.4.2 on my iPad Pro 12,9 inch (gen. 2)

This problem was NOT resolved in the v1.16.221 hotfix like it said in my previously report

No one said that it would be fixed in 1.16.221. Take a look at MCPE-109925. Only when it says "fixed" it means that they fixed the issue.
