Clouds on normal graphics

The options menu doesn't have the option to toggle clouds on and off. Other users and I dislike playing on fancy graphics as it causes lag when near trees but when away from any trees there is no lag therefore there would be no lag on having normal graphics with clouds. Please allow for a better options menu(render distance, clouds...) so we can pick for our self what will run the best for our device.
