Sometimes, the game doesn't recognize when the device isn't connected to the internet, causing the player's skins and marketplace items to become endlessly stuck loading. If they attempt to change their skin in this state while playing splitscreen, no matter what skin it is, the game doesn't allow them to return to the pause screen due to the skin being "multiplayer restricted," causing a softlock.
