I lost all my items, like my tools in the game.

I started the game, wanted to build something new. I wanted to get my tools I needed for building a house. After some seconds when I got my items my game crashed. Then I restarted my minecraft and went another time in, in this world (survival).But my items wasn´t in my inventory and it wasn´t in the chest. I searched in all chests but in none of them it was. That makes me really sad, because my first Netherite Pickaxe with Mending 1 efficiency 4 unbreaking 3 and Fortune 3 was away .Then I decided to report this bug. Another rare thing happened too: Ihad 1 obsidian in my inventory and I put it in the chest before I left the map and when I went another time in the map I had 2 Obsidian.In the photo you see my inventory and the chest where my items were. Too this is the single chest where something is inside. Please help me with this bug, because this was all what was important for me 😞
