[MCPE-126712] Shield is not visible on the player's screen when placed on the off hand

Shield is not visible on the player's screen, when it is put on the off hand except when sneaking, it is caused because the shiled position is too below the screen so that it is not visible on the player's screen when it is not sneaking.
