Note: This is Minecraft Education Edition, which uses an outdated version of Minecraft. The version affected is inacurrate.
To reproduce, use a cobblestone generator and a piston with a redstone clock to push the cobblestone, and then use a repeating command block with the command setblock [place where cobblestone is] air 0 destroy. For some reason, the wrong particles show, which I believe belong to the hidden Air texture
