On Minecraft PlayStation, you can only make skins using the items in the character creator, none of the items I select load and a message is spammed saying that it can't be loaded. I am stuck with an Alex skin that I can't even change the hair colour of. I tried selecting other items but they don't load either.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
