Iron Golems are spawning in a 2 block vertical space when the third vertical block is a bottom slab, and without taking any damage while the Iron Golems head is engulfed by the bottom slab. So far, I cannot duplicate while directly observing their spawns, but, it has happened several times will I'm AFK for an extended period of time.
