-Only affects singleplayer
-I play Nintendo switch, but, due to the nature of this bug, I expect it to affect all versions
If one picks up an item and crashed/closed the software before autosaving/saving the items picked up are deleted, but the world except those items are reverted.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
