The blocks constantly disappear both in non-multiplayer, multiplayer worlds and servers, there is no lag and for example I was in the nether building a bridge over the lava and two blocks disappear and I fall, sometimes I also cross blocks.

This is very likely the same issue as MCPE-112420, as this affects all gamemodes (as was indicated by other duplicates of MCPE-112420)
