[MCPE-127861] Minecraft only utilizing CPU

Minecraft bedrock edition is only utilizing the CPU on my Windows 10 PC.

Any time I play Minecraft it will utilize only the CPU, often reaching 100% CPU usage.

this has ONLY been happening after Minecraft bedrock has switched to the new engine “RenderDragon”....

Please fix.....
