Hi, I really hope you can help me I appreciate it.
so I first downloaded Minecraft on PS4 and since downloading it I've experienced so many problems with Servers loading. I had created a world where I was playing with my boyfriend who has an XBOX and everything was fine, before I left I saved and quit and then the next day I tried to play on the server we had created and then it would freeze. Thinking nothing of it I assumed it was a glitch and created a new server and the exact same problem happened the server screen just freezes and doesn't move and you can still hear the minecraft music in the background. I tried to upload the data to my PS4 cloud however it is saying the minecraft servers I had created with my boyfriend are corrupt. But i believe it is a bug because not only does this keep happening when I have played with my boyfriend on the servers but also with other PS4 players too so I'm hoping you'd be able to help me as I had built such a detailed house on one of them which I'd be devastated if it couldn't be fixed. Thank you for the help once again I really appreciate it
