Player catches fire when entering the Nether

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a Nether Portal
2. Wait to enter the dimension and notice that the player is on fire

Observed Results:
Player always caches fire when entering the Nether

Expected Results:
Player should be able to enter the Nether normally
