Night and associated light levels not rendering during night cycle when Ray Tracing is enabled

Bear in mind that it's hard to know if this is a bug or the result of RTX packs not being up to date with beta changes but...

I've tested this on several different Ray Tracing packs and when the night cycle starts the sky and light levels stay as though it were still day time. When Ray Tracing isn't enabled things are as they should be.

I'll continue to test what's out there to see if this is just the result of the pack authors not keeping pace with the beta changes. 

Additional Info: I'm using an RTX 2060 with driver version 27.21.14.6172. Even though the client doesn't think I'm out of date there is a newer version (27.4) that's out that I'll update to and report back.

Update: After updating to video driver version 27.4 the day/night cycle rendering is corrected.

Side Note: The subject was reverted to what I originally posted as the water rendering was resolved post restart. 

I suppose this can be considered to be resolved. Please note that the client was not correctly identifying out of date drivers and the issue resolved after the update.
