Map only show one location

Some maps that shows different location (one in the hand and one in the Item Frame/Inventory) will turn into player's hand map after closing Minecraft without quiting.

For example: Player's hand map was shows location A, The item frame one shows location B, and in Inventory shows C and D. After closing Minecraft and play back, all maps will turn into Location A.
