The second hat layer works fine in pocket edition but on win10, the layer doesn't follow the players head, this occurs in the top left, in the inventory & when switching the camera when using a resource pack that uses both layers

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)? Also, can you please provide an example of an addon where the issue can be observed?
