[MCPE-12857] Items in droppers and in dispensers don't randomize

My phone a ZTE N800 when I play mine craft the droppers and dispensers dont randomize instead they choose the first item in the slots to fire out.

I experienced this problem in Windows 10 Beta edition 0.14.1.

Droppers that are unattached will drop randomly, however if you face a dropper to drop up and attach a hopper into it, the dropper will drop only the upper left hand corner item.
