So, ive noticed many problems pertaining to the spawning and despawning of entities on realms. Have not tested on a private world.
these issues include (from what ive experienced)
>hostile mobs like zombies spawning in full torchlit areas
>raid mobs are capable of spawning on ANY Y-level (this includes caves)
>nametags and entities that contain tags that should prevent despawing (such as nametags aforementioned) still make entities such as villagers despawn (could be a chunk issue or despawning issue)
>villagers can randomly turn into witches even underground without lightning striking within 4 blocks (dont know if its a feature or a bug)
>entities such as ghasts spawn in outrageous numbers in the nether (could be the 7 chunk render distance on realms, but its annoying nonetheless)
>entites that do not qualify for despawning (such as sheep that are kept in a pen within the confines of a non-despawnable area, meaning within a area that has less than the number of blocks needed to despawn) still do despawn in small numbers
>ill add this one in just because it is a realms issue, but there is block breaking lag while using efficiency 5 tools such as a netherite hoe on leaves, and blocks randomly reappear while still consuming durability, essentially making you break the reappearing blocks consuming more durability
Most of these bugs pertain mostly to the spawning mechanic on realms, but theres still many other problems for bedrock realms (im not even going to talk about redstone) and just how buggy it really is.
