[MCPE-12860] Maps with unexplored regions placed in Item Frames are transparent

Maps with unexplored regions that are placed in an Item Frames are transparent. You can clearly see the wall through the map and the item frames border is also showing. See photo attached.

They said it fixed in 0.14.0 Beta 4 but the bugs appear on 0.14.0 Beta 5 again..
