[MCPE-128643] World gets stuck on “Generating World” “Loading Resources” when I have a texture pack enabled

When I load a world with 1 or more texture packs enabled, the game will get stuck on “Generating World” “Loading Resources”. If I switch to another app while it is stuck then go back, it will load properly. If I load the world without any texture packs enabled, it will load properly.

This Did also Happened to me but it was because a shader that makes leaves wave but when i deactivate it the world loads properly. I think its because large texture packs either 1. Buy A New Phone That has Allot of ram or 2. Put in Global Resources NOT the world resource pack. when i had this bug for 30 MINUTES the world was stuck like that

I have the texture packs turned on under global resources when this happens. This occurs on my iPad Mini 4th Gen and my iPhone SE 1st Gen. I haven't checked if the Windows 10 version does the sane yet.
