Summary: When entering the settings menu, the transparent background is broken, giving a fully soild gray color.
How To Reproduce:
1: Enter settings menu (can be done from the main menu or ingane pause as well).
2: Now observer the background.
Observed Results:
The background is fully grayed out rather than having being transparent.
Expected Results:
It should be transparent so the player can see what is happen if they are in there world, or the main menu panorama.
NOTE:
No resource pack or behavior packs were installed during the reproduce of this bug.

@unknown Previous this was not there, when the player enters the settings menu via through the main menu or through ingame world, the player was able to see the panorama if there are in the main menu, or there minecraft world if there are in the settings ingame.
