[MCPE-128907] Named blocks placed in survival mode revert back to original name when mined and collected

If a block is named and you place it, breaking it and picking it back up changes the name back to normal

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
