when i try to build another portal in OW it will teleport me to last activated/entered portal
Steps to Reproduce
1. build 1 portal in OW
2. bulild second portal far away from first portal in OW
3. enter second portal
Expected Results
second portal would generate far away from first portal
Observed Results
second portal teleports to last activated/enetered portal
