[MCPE-129266] There is no tall grass in old type worlds

I have loaded up 3 different old type worlds and searched each one thoroughly and I couldn't find any tall grass.

I can confirm that this bug is present in iOS

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
