Can't edit a sign placed on rooted dirt

Found the same issue whilst making a store.

Temporary solutions:

1. - Place the sign elsewhere into the world, then use the "/clone" command to clone the sign onto the rooted dirt block.

2. - Place a random block, place the sign you want putting onto the rooted dirt, then use the "/fill" or "/setblock" commands to change the block to rooted dirt.

3. - Save the sign you want onto the rooted dirt via either the structure block or "/structure" command and load the sign structure onto the rooted dirt.

You can still place a sign on Rooted Dirt if you are sneaking. (Tested on PS4 and Xbox One, 1.17.2)
