Minecraft for Windows 10 (Bedrock Edition) Freezing/White Screen/Doesn't Launch

So whenever I leave a server on bedrock, it freezes after a couple seconds. I've looked at all the problems saying to end task of Runtime Broker in Task Manager, it doesn't work. I then see "Minecraft" running in the background section in Task Manager. I end the task, but it's still there. I look in details, it shows "Minecraft.Windows.exe" running. I click "End Task", it still doesn't work especially saying Access denied when I have full PC access to do whatever. The only way I can keep playing on my PC is if I restart it.
