Items get stuck on crafting table

Take 1 stack of 64 charcoal. Then place it in the fifth square, right to left, top to bottom. (Left square, middle row.) Now tap the charcoal item in the creative inventory, then tap the charcoal that you previously placed in the crafting table. Now try to remove the charcoal. You will notice that you cannot. Then destroy the crafting table on which you put the charcoal and place a new one. You will notice that the ghost item is now on whatever crafting table you use. The only way to fix this is to close and reinitialize the app.
