[MCPE-129719] if i turn on multiplayer game in the world settings i get a 3 second ping in single player

i cant play lan games the lan world just appears then disappears

and if i turn multiplayer game on i get a 3 second ping in single player !

i have tested this on multiple different android devices all running different android versions and the bug still stays but if i use an older Minecraft version then the bug goes away

same issue in 1.17 except i get a 17 second ping
