I wanted to craft some deepslate blocks to build my house on this beta, but the recipes are missing on the crafting table, so I can't craft the blocks, even putting the required blocks manually.
The stonecutter is also not working with deepslate.

You need to use cobbled deepslate, not regular deepslate. Cobbled deepslate is obtained by mining regular deepslate with a pickaxe without Silk Touch.
