[MCPE-12996] server local invisible place to friends

When I play multiplayer on my local server does not appear pros my friends , we are connected to the same WiFi , the local server ta connected but does not appear to him ... But when I create a router server ip I give him work.

This seems more like a network issue than an MCPE issue. Can you explain how the configuration and IP address of the two server options are different?
