PS4 Bedrock Edition City Texture Pack Broken

Dear Mojang Support,

For over a year, the PlayStation 4 City Texture Pack for Bedrock Edition on the latest version and so far on continued updates has remained to have visual bugs for textures of certain blocks and items like the shield texture where it is upside down and maybe even reversed. There are also many more textures similar to it that are messed up. 

I was really hoping you could do a thorough overview of it when trying to patch it by testing it to make sure the textures do appear as they are supposed to.
