As far as I am aware, this affects both the Xbox One and Windows 10 version of Minecraft Bedrock on the latest full release, v1.16.221 (This could affect other platforms but I have researched and have found no body else with this issue). This issues occurs on the menu screen, and currently the only known fix is to uninstall and reinstall the full game, which can be very time consuming and annoying. Restarting Minecraft or any other simple solution does NOT work. As seen in the pictures, Minecraft is clearly able to detect the severs, just not load in their details, or the 'Join server' button.
