While playing on a world (not a realm) hosted by an Xbox player i entered a nether portal to leave the nether but failed to load through. I was told i had died instantly with the death message, suffocated to death, all items were lost and not on either side of the portal. There were 5 players in the world at the time with an average ping of around 200 (estimate)
