Maps cross the texture of the boats when it's raining, this bug only occurs when it is raining and when you are in a boat, look at the picture.

This is a specific case of a more general bug. When there is weather (rain, snow, etc.), items in hand are clipped (partially or completely cut off) when the player is beside solid blocks, boats, and presumably (but untested) other vehicles and UI items. See MCPE-9457.
