The trapped chest in the woodland mansions' "fake end portal room" contains the black glowstick from education editon in place of the ender pearls.
Enter seed “everwild” and go to the woodland mansion at x3320 z-632 and open the chest in the fake end portal room (it’s behind the mushroom farm)

I can confirm this is current in 1.17.40. I went to a woodland mansion today from a cartographer map, and there were 2 black glowsticks in the fake end room I found. No ender pearls.
