Hopper dont work on 0.14.0 b4

I currently checked it twice change the hoppers too.. still the same.. but I noticed that when i put a specific item one by one .. the item on the top starts going to the hopper and the mext hopper and stuck there.. It only starts sucking up things from the top when I put a thing inside the hopper..

I can confirm this as well. The hoppers do not consume items that are on top of it or on a slab that is over the hopper.

I have this problem too, but if I put an item directly into the hopper it will suck up the items lying ontop.
