I host a realm with 6 people and all of them have been losing animals even after naming them such as; horses, dogs, and axolotls

My named axolotl and named zombie villiger disappeared right in front of me, I wasn't far away and was going to heal the zombie and it dissapeared went to check on my axolotl and it was gone to.. :'(
