Amethyst geodes can overrides End Portal Frames during generation, which means you must find another stronghold.
Proof:
go to a bedrock seed 376166226, there is a abandoned village with a stronghold below it
go to the end portal room
you will realise that the end portal frames are overriden by an amethyst geode
