[MCPE-131061] Game disconnect inmediately from multiplayer in background and lock screen

Game disconnect immediately from realms and servers when reopening from recent apps, or mobile screen turns off, when reopening app or turning on the screen again the game is "Saving Progress" and going to World's list like manually disconnecting
