Summary:
In Minecraft Bedrock Edition there's no method or way without installing the betas to get early access to the New Cave Generation or other Caves n Cliffs features in development were as the Minecraft Java version of the game you can simply download a data pack or load the lush caves and dripstone caves worlds to get access to those features in 1.17.0 were as its impossible in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Load Minecraft
Step 2: Create a new World
Step 3: Scroll to Experimental Toggles
Observed Result:
Caves n Cliffs Experimental Toggle should be present due to the fact on MC Java you can download the Caves n Cliffs Data Pack for the New Cave Generation in 1.17.0 and you can load the Dripstone Caves world and Lush Caves world in the world generator without installing the snapshots.
Expected Result:
Caves n Cliffs Toggle should be present to match Minecraft Java's Caves n Cliffs Data pack and Lush Caves and Dripstone Caves worlds that can be accessed in non snapshot/beta versions of the game.
