Item frame can be placed on edge of redstone dust

What happened: place redstone dust on the ground, put an item frame in hand, carefully tap the edge of the block containing the redstone dust and the item frame will be placed.

We expected: it should not be possible to place an item frame on the side of redstone dust.

Probably fixed somewhere before 0.15.3, but I didn't test. item frames cannot be attached to redstone dust, rails, carpet or top snow, but can be attached to pressure plates (maybe that's a bug still...)
