/testfor @e[type=item,r=10] doesn't work with more than one item in a stack on the ground if you use a comparator to detect how many items there are

There is a bug with the testfor command which if you have an item on the ground that is with say 5 other items when using the testfor command with a comparator next to it, it will only detect 1 item even though there are multiple.
