The timing of bow shots are incredibly incorrect

The timing of bow shots are incredibly weird. If you pull the bow back to it's maximum and shoot before the camera fully zooms in, you will not get a fully charged arrow with no particles. In the video below, you can clearly see that the bow that I'm holding is fully pulled back, but there are no fully charged arrows.
