While trying to get all achievements, after befriending 20 stray cats, it triggered two achievements. It triggered 'Plethora of Cats', as intended, but also 'Into Fire', which is not intended.

Note that the achievements are shown with a custom tool, however the achievement triggered the same way in my Windows notifications (which you can hear, but not visible on stream) & was visible in my Xbox account this way. This tool just visualized the bug and did not cause the bug. I verified that it happened in my Xbox account during a stream break.

In MCPE-141221 "Into Fire" was undeservedly awarded to the reporter on drowning in an underwater cave on version 1.17.11.
I could not reproduce, is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you update the affected versions field?
Unfortunately it's not possible for me to test this due to achievements only being awarded once per account, and there otherwise being no indication of an achievement being triggered.
