This screenshot was taken by my friend, after going to bed, this is what I looked like, my main hand and offhand both were centered in my chest, the sword was pointing at a right-angle out of my chest, my legs disappeared and there was no walking animation, So it looked like I was standing still while moving.
My friend has no shaders on, no texture packs or any in-game modifications.
This is purely vanilla on a Minecraft Realm.
My skin also isn't loaded in as on my friends screenshot it's a steve.
On the 2nd attached screenshot, I took my armor off and it seems my whole body is connected to itself causing z-fighting on the skin.
