Axolotl Full Block Detection

The axolotls’ AI cannot detect non-full blocks, as a result, they swim at them expecting to pass but get stuck on the block itself. For example, an axolotl swims towards a pointed dripstone block, they do not detect a block in their path so they get stuck trying to swim past it. This can occur on stairs, slabs, heads/skulls, and perhaps other non-full blocks.
