[MCPE-132340] Animated textures don't work properly on entities

Entities seem like they are smelting when they have an animated texture, this work for both players in character creator and mobs.
This only happens on some devices, in the video I'm using a Lenovo Tab M10 HD, but I also have Minecraft in a Swift 2 Plus and this bug doesn't happen there.
